Yes, all suppliers are required to sign-up to Nexus’ standard service level agreement which can be tailored to suit your business requirements. We also ask you to complete our compliance Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental document. Assistance will be provided by our dedicated Supply Chain Team throughout this process.
There are no transaction fees and Iris® is completely free to use for Nexus partners.
