Hayley Berry
Hayley joined Nexus in 2021, bringing with her over 12 years of HR experience. Prior to this, she held senior HR leadership positions, including HR Director at JLA. As Chief People Officer, she leads long-term strategic initiatives to foster a high-performing culture, ensuring Nexus attracts, develops and retains outstanding talent. Hayley also heads up our ESG initiatives, integrating responsible business practices throughout our operations.
Hayley is passionate about enhancing our inclusive culture and improving the employee experience. She plays a key role in upholding our internal values and creating an environment where everyone feels valued, respected and empowered. Hayley also creates development programmes that invest in our people, helping them excel and contribute to our success and that of our customers.
