Gerry McCaig
Gerry brings a wealth of experience to Nexus, having spent 25 years at British Gas/Centrica in various national Operational Director roles across multiple functions. He further honed his expertise during nine years at JLA and the last five as Chief Operating Officer.
At Nexus, Gerry oversees everything from customer service, operations and supply chain to strategic growth initiatives and change management. He is dedicated to streamlining our operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting the digitisation of our services. Outside of work, Gerry recently achieved his lifelong goal of becoming a private pilot.
