Alex Cook
Alex joined Nexus in 2019 as Head of Commercial Finance, bringing extensive expertise as a qualified Chartered Accountant. Prior to this, he held various roles across Asda’s Commercial Finance and EY’s Corporate Finance teams. In 2022, Alex was appointed Chief Financial Officer at Nexus, heading up our finance and legal function, including planning, strategy and risk management.
Alex is dedicated to a forward-thinking approach to business strategy and decision-making. He focuses on driving growth while ensuring strong cash flow and profitability. Alex emphasises proactivity, transparency, and adopting new technologies to deliver smarter, more cost-effective solutions for our customers.
