The Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Content Marketing Lead to join Sales & Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dynamic and innovative team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading creative direction and driving innovation through the Nexus brand. You will need to have a keen eye for detail and be able to think creatively, working with key internal stakeholders to deliver meaningful content.

As a Content Marketer, you will be responsible for building brand identity and online presence through the creation and dissemination of content online. This involves developing content strategies, growing an online community, and working with industry media for profile enhancement through PR.

 

Key Tasks

  • Design content marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives
  • Undertake content marketing initiatives to enhance Nexus’ profile across a range of external media publications and owned channels.
  • Produce high-quality internal and external content by collaborating with the creative team and the wider business
  • Create an editorial and social calendar and ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Support the HR team to deliver impactful people communications
  • Develop high-value thought-leadership insight to support Nexus with increasing profile (through development of white papers, articles, interviews and more)
  • Establish key relationships with industry media to deliver PR
  • Management of social media channels, provoking quality conversation and managing community engagement
  • Working with Bids & Tenders to support on bid writing
  • Managing awards calendar and writing submissions

 

About You

  • Experience developing content across a range of channels
  • Proficient in MS Office and WordPress or other Content Management Software.
  • Understanding of web publishing requirements
  • Familiar with social media management and scheduling
  • Hands-on experience with developing longer thought-leadership content
  • Experience in writing scripts for videos is ideal
  • Project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders across the business.
